I found a little time to make an Altered Easter Greeting..using a 1914 post card..Don't worry I made copies. These make great little splashes of holiday... Using a little of this and that, it is a bit of nostalgia and sentiment.

Amazingly different
It is amazing how everything looks more wonderful than before...I think I have always loved wood floors...It all started as a little girl, loving to hear each footstep as I walked to Bible Class on floors "that made sound." In fact as I recall I would only buy shoes that you could hear (translation...heels!) The care is easy and it is spot-free

Things are looking good!!
Well, it's beginning to look alot like...my home again with some great new features. I am just about finished putting things back together. Our new built-ins arrived today...Gorgeous!! Our floors are finished and the wood under my feet is great!! Our counters are in..and beautiful!! Friday begins the new bannister and iron spindles. It seemed to be all consuming for about 3 1/2 weeks. I did managed to be in the studio and finish a few things and start a few more...Isn't that the way it works?!! Our backyard renovations begin the first week of March (if all goes according to plan.)

He WON!!
Good news has gone to Great News. Morgan has just won his first collegiate golf tournament. He finished the 3rd round with a 74. As proud of we are of the scores he shot and for the win, we are even prouder of the wonderful young man he is and continues to become. It's exciting when good things happen to me, but it is more precious and meaningful when it happens to my children. Way to go, Morgan!!
